This oatmeal, banana, berry and whole milk recipe takes under 10 minutes to make and provides energy for athletes and active people with no added sugar.
Place the oatmeal in a large bowl and add the water. Use a large enough bowl to account for the fact that the oatmeal will boil in the microwave while cooking, which will make its level rise significantly. Using a large bowl will prevent overflowing.
Microwave at maximum heat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. In the meantime, rinse the berries and slice the banana and strawberries in small chunks.
Remove the hot bowl carefully and place it on your table.
Add the fruits on top, then at the end, add the cold milk on top. Mix a little with a spoon before eating.
