Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Plain, natural, unflavored oatmeal
  • 0.75 cup Water
  • 1 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 10 raspberries
  • 0.25 cup cold whole milk (or plain yogurt)

Instructions

  • Place the oatmeal in a large bowl and add the water. Use a large enough bowl to account for the fact that the oatmeal will boil in the microwave while cooking, which will make its level rise significantly. Using a large bowl will prevent overflowing.

  • Microwave at maximum heat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. In the meantime, rinse the berries and slice the banana and strawberries in small chunks.

  • Remove the hot bowl carefully and place it on your table.
  • Add the fruits on top, then at the end, add the cold milk on top. Mix a little with a spoon before eating.
