  • 2 lb Red bone marrow Prefer natural meats free of antibiotics and pasture-raised.
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Heat the oven on baking mode to 450 Fahrenheit degrees
  • Place the 4 bones with the marrow facing up and bake for 20 minutes
  • Serve with a salad, sweet potatoes or your choice of vegetables.
