Garbanzo beans, tuna and broccoli salad
The garbanzo beans, tuna and broccoli salad includes avocado, tomatoes, baby kale, French lemon olive oil garlic and a mustard dressing.

- 1 lb broccoli
- 15 oz garbanzo beans 1 can
- 12 oz tuna 1 can
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup baby kale
- 2 tomatoes
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 10 garlic cloves
- salt and pepper optional
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Cut the broccoli and boil it for 5 minutes.
In a large salad bowl, place the baby kale, garbanzo beans, tuna in small chunks, and sliced avocado and tomatoes.
Make the dressing by crushing garlic and mixing in the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
When cooked, rinse the broccoli to cool it down a bit. Then add it to the salad bowl.
Mix in the dressing, stir and serve immediately.
