The garbanzo beans, tuna and broccoli salad includes avocado, tomatoes, baby kale, French lemon olive oil garlic and a mustard dressing.

  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 15 oz garbanzo beans 1 can
  • 12 oz tuna 1 can
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 10 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper optional
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard


  • Cut the broccoli and boil it for 5 minutes.
  • In a large salad bowl, place the baby kale, garbanzo beans, tuna in small chunks, and sliced avocado and tomatoes.
  • Make the dressing by crushing garlic and mixing in the lemon juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. 
  • When cooked, rinse the broccoli to cool it down a bit. Then add it to the salad bowl. 
  • Mix in the dressing, stir and serve immediately.
