Simple oat milk (using rolled oats)
This simple oat milk recipe uses rolled oats and requires no boiling or cooking. It is very quick to make and includes vanilla extract and maple syrup.

1 cup rolled oats 3 cups water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup pinch of salt optional
In a large blender, place the rolled oats.
Add the water, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
Blend for about 2 minutes.
Strain the blended mix.
Serve immediately. You can keep this oat milk drink in the fridge for about 5 days.
