This simple oat milk recipe uses rolled oats and requires no boiling or cooking. It is very quick to make and includes vanilla extract and maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • In a large blender, place the rolled oats.

    Mix oats and water into a blender
  • Blend for about 2 minutes.
