Ingredients

  • 1 small or medium orange
  • 1 large cup hot water leave room for the volume of orange juice you will be adding
  • 1 tea bag Oolong tea

Instructions

  • Bring the hot water to a boil by microwaving or heating in a pan.

  • Cut and squeeze the orange in a juicer.
  • Pour the hot water over the orange pulp to extract more of it into the juice. The pulp also contains fiber, which helps absorb the sugar naturally present in the fruit.

Notes

Avoid heating the orange juice in the microwave or on the stove. It would lose some of its taste and nutrients. We only heat the water.
