  • 1 cup steel cut oatmeal (read cook time on your package, it differs by brand)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cup almond milk


  • Place the oats and water in pan, bring to boil then simmer for 7 minutes. Stir occasionally to minimize sticking 
  • Peel and slice the fruits, then place them in bowls.
  • Add the cooked oatmeal on top. Stir, then top with the almond milk at the end. 


Add half a teaspoon of maple syrup (vegan) or honey (not vegan) for bit more sweetness.
