Motoko's spicy wasabi soy sauce
A simple and tasteful recipe from my Japanese friend Motoko, the spicy wasabi soy sauce only uses two ingredients.

low-sodium soy sauce
Use 1.5 tbsp for a milder taste.
Place the wasabi in a small bowl.
Add only half a tablespoon of soy sauce and use a fork to mix. Mixing in small amounts of soy sauce at the beginning helps avoid the formation of lumps and create a smooth consistency.
If you like very spicy sauces you are done. For a milder flavor, add more soy sauce, up to 1.5 tbsp additional for a total of 2 tbsp of mixed sauce including the wasabi.
