- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 leaf cilantro Use the fresh herbs you like: parsley, others
Place the hot and cooked brown rice on a plate.
Add the natto, separating the beans across the surface.
Finely chop the fresh herbs, then sprinkle them on the plate.
Finish by adding the dressing of olive oil and soy sauce.
