This soybean sprout salad with French dressing is an original take, a French-Asian fusion dish combining the sprouts with an olive oil and lemon sauce.
Bring a large pot of water to boil then add the soybean sprouts. Let them cook for about 3 minutes until the water boils again and they are no longer firm.
Remove the water using a drainer.
Make the French salad dressing by mixing the lemon juice, adding the crushed garlic, mustard, and finally the olive oil.
In a salad bowl, place the soybean sprouts. Finely chop the green onions and sprinkle them on top. Finally, add the French dressing and gently stir.
