  • 3 lb tilapia
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 0.5 tbsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tbsp cumin
  • salt to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 375 F degrees.
  • In a large oven dish, place the fish, onion and tomatoes.
