French lemon salad dressing

This easy-to-make French lemon salad dressing provides a tasty sauce for raw and cooked vegetables, and uses olive oil, lemon, mustard, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lemon
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp French mustard
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Cut the lemon and extract the juice using a squeezer. Gather the other ingredients.

  • Crush the garlic, add the lemon juice and mustard, and blend. If you are using salt and pepper, add them as well.
  • Mix in the olive oil. Adding it after the other ingredients allows it to better blend and have less separation between ingredients.
