French lemon salad dressing
This easy-to-make French lemon salad dressing provides a tasty sauce for raw and cooked vegetables, and uses olive oil, lemon, mustard, and garlic.

- 1 Lemon
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp French mustard
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
Cut the lemon and extract the juice using a squeezer. Gather the other ingredients.
Crush the garlic, add the lemon juice and mustard, and blend. If you are using salt and pepper, add them as well.
Mix in the olive oil. Adding it after the other ingredients allows it to better blend and have less separation between ingredients.
